Perrigo Company of Allegan, Michigan, USA announced today, 17th June, that it has sold its Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) business which traded as Perrigo UK Ltd of Swadlincote, Derbyshire, UK to NeutraHealth plc, whose registered office is at 180 Lifford Lane, Kings Norton, Birmingham, B30 3NU. This business is being re-branded Brunel Healthcare Manufacturing Limited.
In a reverse agreement NeutraHealth plc has sold to Perrigo the Brunel Healthcare Ltd Over The Counter (OTC) medicines business, via a new company Brunel Pharma Ltd, which represents all the activities of the former Brunel Healthcare business with regard to the OTC medicines sector.
